Priory Pantry Volunteer

Hours: 2/3 mornings during week days, 9.00-10.45am
GYCT Department or Team : Reception
Supported by Neil Morris, Reception Coordinator

Specific Tasks

  • To coordinate the Greggs donations under the Health & Safety Policy
  • To organise and bag donated items, labelling where required
  • List all donated items on forms provided - ensuring information is correct due to allergies/intolerances etc
  • Complete monitoring forms provided for data
  • Distribute donations accordingly during allocated time slot
  • After time slot ends give items to staff coordinators to distribute
  • Collect donations and give to Priory Friendship Club Leader at end of session
