Customer Service Training and Support for Seasonal Workers.

Did you know that if you were in seasonal employment last year there is a very exciting innovative programme specifically aimed at supporting Great Yarmouth's Seasonal Tourist Industry - for local seasonal employers and for their staff. Led by Great Yarmouth Community Trust and working in partnership with Great Yarmouth College and their local organisations. If your business is or you work within the tourist industry (including entertainment, hospitality and transport) we offer help, support, and relevant training in customer service skills and many other areas.
