What we do

Parent & Infant Mental Health Support

PIMHS offer support to women with low mood and depression and their families.

We can offer one-to-one support and counselling, or you can come along to one of our small, weekly antenatal or postnatal groups, where you can meet and chat with other mothers or seek the advice or help of our team of professionals.

Most days of the week we run groups for mums, dads and their baby, which your baby will love - but which can be therapeutic for the whole family.

Our groups include:

Talking Tummies
