Directory of Activities - 11th edition (2017/18) available now!
Are you over 50? Do you like to keep active and healthy - and meet new people? Or do you find it quite difficult to get out?
Perhaps you know a family member, friend or neighbour who may be feeling lonely or isolated, and not sure where to turn?
We can help with our range of services. Our Directory of Activities may inspire you to take up a new hobby, pursue an old much-loved interest or get out and meet some new people. For those who are new to the Directory, it's a catalogue of local clubs, community groups and organisations that you can get involved with - and a great springboard to finding a new circle of friends. It contains over 130 groups/activities, covering everything from arts & crafts, singing and full body workouts, through to money advice and volunteering opportunities.
Browse online or pick up a printed copy from the Priory Centre reception to get an idea of the range of community groups and activities that are currently running in the Borough. If you would like us to send you a copy just call the Priory Centre reception: 01493 743000.
You may also like to use our Wellbeing Self Help Guide to look at your current lifestyle and find simple ways to becoming more active.
